A Guide to Your Bridal Experience

To ensure each bride receives the most personalized and seamless experience, we kindly ask that all family members and guests remain seated in the designated fitting area during the appointment. Our stylists will take care of selecting and bringing gowns based on the bride’s vision and preferences. This helps us maintain an organized atmosphere and ensures the bride receives our full attention and expertise.

Guests

To best serve you and your guests, we allow four or six ADULTS (4 guest + you! = 5)  We have appointments to accomodate 4 or 6 guests so please be sure to select the correct appointment type. Any guests attending with you should be age 12 or older. We love kids. We are a staff of proud moms and aunts! We know the little ones in your life are important to you but we ask that you celebrate with them outside of the store. Peanut butter fingers are no friend to our delicate dresses. We also want to ensure that you, as well as the other guests in our store have a calm and relaxing experience while you are here and of course that all the focus can be on you! Although it may be no trouble for you, we want to consider the comfort and luxury experience of each guest that’s in our store.

Appointment time and COURTESY

Each bridal appointment is scheduled for 1 hour and 15 minutes. While your consultant will do their best to guide the appointment at a comfortable and efficient pace, we kindly ask that you remain mindful of the time allotted. We are confident that within this timeframe, we can explore a variety of styles, find the one you love, and provide a wonderful experience.

Out of respect for our team and the brides scheduled after you, please help us stay on time. Our appointment slots are carefully planned to ensure every bride receives the same level of attention and care.
